March 24th, 2007... Today we had a party for Megan’s 30th birthday party or so we thought. However, when we arrived, it was for Dad and I for our 30th anniversary. What a shock! It was so beautiful. There was a deejay. Aun’t Nancy and Uncle Fred did the catering. Melissa had it beautifully decorated and she made a huge banner with our wedding picture displayed. The invitations reflected our wedding day and it was a great night. We saw many friends we don’t see often enough. I am so proud of Melissa. She brought so much joy and happiness to Dad and I. Even though you could not be there, you were always close to my heart and in my mind.

Happy St. Patrick's Day

March 17th, 2007... It is St. Patty’s day and there will be a party at the center. They had non-alcoholic beer and Irish soda bread just to name a few. Dad came down to see you and we spent most of the time watching sport.

March 1st, 2007... Grandma Ricky would have been 83 years old today. If she were still here, Grandma and Pop Pop would be celebrating in Florida with all their friends. We miss her terribly.
